Power of choice

 Have you ever noticed how life's small choices can impact our reality? That small coffee you may choose to have at the coffee shop before work may lead to a life changing encounter with someone you could have not met. That choice to speak certain words or do certain actions that ultimately lead to a certain path, or as others may call it a new timeline. 

I see this all the time in my daily life and it is even everywhere. Life always gives you the power of choice, it can be the power of choosing your reaction to something or the very action of something. You have the ability to craft your reality and shape it the way you wish. This also allows us to tap into our hidden potential and recieve great results if the nature of choices is intentional.

What do I mean intentional? I mean you choose what you want to do! Sometimes we get so glued up about what we have lost and get trapped by feelings of yesterday, that we stay repeating the same patterns and hope for a different outcome. If you keep making the same recipe you will get the same results. Spice up your life and get the results you desire, be more courageous, confident and more daring. Go get your dream life because each moment that passes becomes the past which ultimately leads to your future.

We are not chasing the future instead the future is now! If you want to lose that weight, start today to put in some action. You want to build a great empire, you start making choices that align with your future today. Choosing the right choice is not easy but let me help you in three steps. I know we live in a imperfect world and that's where we start.

1. Accepting the map of the universe 

Here you are just woken up and let's say you are late. What do you do now? You can choose to allow yourself to calm down and take the day as it is, sighting the fact that not every day will be perfect. Everything happens for a reason. Take the lesson from that, the situation will help you create a better schedule in order to arrive early and improve on that. You may arrive at work and get yelled at by your boss. You may still choose to let the moment pass by allowing the boss to yell and address the issue calmly or let it be a ripple effect of a downhill that will mostly leave your day ruined.


2. Your power, your choice

You are about to make dinner and a friend calls you and tells you that she's not going to be able to make it to the dinner with you. The reasons are not even clear and you are obviously angry about this and want to yell or even react.The choice could be to go on and create a serious argument and say things that may end up causing a rift between you or you may calmly take the dinner as a time for yourself instead and have a date for yourself and reschedule. You may realise that you actually enjoy the date and less harm has been caused and no unnecessary emotions or drama.


3. Be authentic

Be yourself in everything and enjoy every moment as much as you can. They say the owner of the shoe knows the pain of the shoe. Do not find yourself comparing yourself to someone else because that will not help you to be who you're meant to be. We compare ourselves to others based on a little picture, tweet and what others show us at face value. That beauty you see may have many scars underneath as you look closer. Those expensive experiences may not even be what you think they are, they could be a mask to hide the truth about someone. That relationship or marriage sometimes may not be your cup of tea. There's a reason things that happen to you do. Your path is unique the way your DNA is also unique. Celebrate yourself and let yourself heal and evolve.


Most importantly make the choices that represents who you really are not someone else.
